Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

SHIPPING / ORDERS

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (USPS domestic territories) and p.o. boxes.

We process your online order within 1–2 business days (Monday-Friday), holidays excluded. Expected delivery date is not guaranteed.

We offer free standard shipping to arrive in X-X business days on orders over $XX.00 (pre-tax, post promotional discount). Orders below $XX.00 will be billed for shipping.

Orders may be placed on this website. Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email. Customers can request text updates in checkout.

Unfortunately, we are not currently processing orders outside of the United States.

PAYMENTS

We process payment via PayPal, major credit cards (AMex excluded) and digital wallets.

Return Policy

Unless damaged or defective, Itacate cannot accept returns of any food items.

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please email hola@itacatefoods.com and include your order number, name on order and a photo of the issue if applicable.

CANCELLATION

Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.

Occasionally we are out of stock on items. We will offer email sign up for notifications when product is back in stock.

Promo Codes

Promotion codes are valid for a limited time and Itacate reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes without notice. All promotion codes issued are for future orders and cannot be used retroactively.

Promotion codes are for in stock items only.

INTERNET & CO-OP SALES

Buyer shall not, without seller’s prior written authorization, sell seller’s merchandise on the internet, Amazon, through eBay or any other internet auction site, or through a co-op or group sale.

Seller shall have the right to suspend deliveries and may terminate this and all other contracts with buyer in the event of any unauthorized sales by buyer.

Seller is under no obligation to permit buyer to sell via the Internet. However, if seller authorizes such sales, buyer may not use seller’s trademarks or images of seller’s merchandise without seller’s prior written approval and in conformance with Seller’s guidelines for their use.
