I love this for breakfast when backpacking!! I bring a tortilla to wrap it up (helps with any mess).

I took 5 different brands of food this week long trip to Grand Canyon. Itacate was the agreed upon favorite by all 4 people in our group.

My new favorite breakfast option. Gonna try with a little Salsa Queen next time to shake things up!

This is the only backpacking breakfast I’ll eat! They are so good, the chips stay perfectly crunchy, and it’s the exact right size to start your day in the backcountry!

These chilaquiles have such rich and authentic flavor, and they provide warmth and nourishment in an easy, fast form! I LOVE the recipe and am so grateful that Itacate has created such a comforting and energizing meal for my backpacking trips (and for camping, at home, and anytime I was chilaquiles)!

Campsite Lentejas are an easy-to-prepare lentil stew. Very tasty and versatile. I usually make this dinner for 5 and 6 people when backpacking and add chicken and have hot sauce available. Everyone always loves this dish.

Great backpacking food!

Each meal has an amazing flavor profile. The amount of spice is perfectly mixed to the flavors in the meals. Each bite was flavorful to the end of the meal. I like that they are not cook in pouch. They are still boiling water and sit, but having to place in a bowl is nice. Definatley plan to buy more in future.

OMG! Talk about how chilaquiles verdes taste like. Everything about this meal was perfect can really taste the tomatillo the seasoning was on point! Love this, LOVE IT!
